Conference registration fees

The conference registration fees include:

  • Welcoming dinner
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Conference proceeding
  • Lunch and afternoon tea breaks

Please note the following:

  • Once the registration payment is done, NO REFUND is available.
  • Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. Refer to our Important Dates page for the list of all dates.
  • Active members of Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) with platinum/gold/silver member card and affiliates of Konsorsium Psikokultural Indonesia are entitled to a 10% discount on your registration fees. If you are eligible, please follow the special submission guidelines here.

  2. [IMPORTANT] After making the payment, participant MUST upload the payment proof through their account (NOT Email). Participant can upload by logging in to the online system. Payment receipt can be downloaded directly from your account once your payment is confirmed by the committee.
